How to buy Online
Thank you for shopping with E-Book Systems. We appreciate your business and want to make your buying experience as easy as possible. The entire process is quick and simple to follow. We use encryption to protect the security of your credit information.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Following are the instructions for making online purchases with E-Book Systems,
organized by the pages that you'll encounter during the buying process. If
you have any questions or problems, please don't hesitate to contact us at

E-Book Systems Store Product Pages
1.To add an item to your shopping cart, click the Add to
Cart button (found next to each product within the store).
Your Shopping Cart
1. After each product selection, you'll be returned to your
shopping cart.
2.
Before proceeding with your purchase, make sure to review
your shopping cart contents for accuracy.
3.
If you want to buy other E-Book Systems products, click
Continue Shopping.
4.
To change a purchase quantity, highlight the number in
the quantity field and enter the number of products you wish to buy. Afterwhich,
click on the Update Quantity button.
5.
To delete an item, enter zero in the quantity field.
6.
Make sure to click on Update Quantity button whenever you
make any changes to your shopping cart.
7.
To add another product to your cart, click on Continue
Shopping, navigate to the appropriate product and click on the Add to Cart
button next to it.
8.
Click Checkout when you're done shopping and ready to pay
for your purchase.
Enter Your Billing Information Page
1. Enter and verify all
your billing information: name, billing address and credit card information.
Note: Your billing address must match the address where
your credit card statements are sent.
2.
Enter your credit card information such as your name exactly
as it appears on the card, and the expiration date.
3.
Click Submit button.
When you click on Submit button, your credit card is charged
immediately for your all downloadable products.
It may take a few moments to process. Please DO NOT click
on Submit button more than once, as it could result in multiple charges to
your card.
Your Receipt Page
1. Review and print your receipt.
You'll also receive an e-mail with the same information
confirming your order.

For Downloads:
Click on the Download buttons located next to each product.
If you did not manage to download your software immediately,
you can logon to E-Book Systems Customer Service web page (as documented in
your Confirmation email) to continue downloading. If you exceeded the number
of times of downloading allowed, you will need to contact us at support@ebooksys.com
Product Registration Page
1.
If you download a product, it is automatically registered.
2.
If you purchase a product by mail, you need to register
your product when you receive it.
3.
Registering your E-Book Systems products gives you access
to expert technical support, free newsletter, picture dispatch, new product
announcements, special offers, and early notification of product updates.
Product Return Policy
Items purchased from E-Book
Systems eShop and returned within 30 days from the date of purchase are eligible
for refund. No refunds are allowed after 30 days from the date of purchase.
For Box returns, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Please note that references to buying or purchasing mean
the buying or purchasing of software licenses. E-Book Systems licenses its
software products. It does not sell ownership of these products.
