your business and want to make your buying experience as easy as possible.
The entire process is quick and simple to follow. We use encryption to
protect the security of your credit information.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, money orders and bank drafts. Money
Orders/Bank Drafts must be drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars and made
payable to 'E-BOOK SYSTEMS'. For international Money Orders/Bank Drafts,
please include an additional charge of US$40 for the clearing fee. Please
note that we do not accept any personal checks.

The fastest way to get your
products is by "Secured Online" order which can be selected
after Checkout. You can start downloading your "Download" product
immediately after an order. You will usually receive your box product
within 3 to
4 business days* for US domestic orders
or 7 to 10 business days for International orders. So order today!
If you are a business or corporate customer residing in the EU and you
have a valid EU VAT file number, please use the mail, fax and email order
options to exclude paying additional VAT taxes for your orders.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Following are the instructions for making online purchases with E-Book
Systems, organized by the pages that you'll encounter during the buying
process. If you have any questions or problems, please don't hesitate

Step 1: Selecting Your Products
1. Browse the website and select
the product that you wish to order by clicking on the button .
This
will automatically add the product to your shopping cart. At
the top of the page, the message "1 item(s) in your shopping cart" will
be displayed together with the buttons: and .

When you have finished selecting
all the products that you wished to purchase,
click on the button
at the top of the page. This will bring you to a screen showing all the products
your have selected and the total cost of the products you have
selected. If you have missed out anything, please feel free to click on <<continue
shopping>> link to add more products.
3.
To change a purchase quantity, highlight the number in
the quantity field and select the number of products you wish to buy.
Then
click on the button.
4.
To delete an item, tick the Remove checkbox next to the
item and click on the button.
5. Click on the button
when you're done shopping and ready to pay for your purchase.
Step 2: Enter Your Order Details
1. Choose your preferred payment
method and login in to FlipAlbum.Com with your username and password.
For new users, simply sign up for a new account by clicking on the Register
button.

Enter and verify
all your account information: login username, password, email, name
and address.
Note: Your address should
match the address where your credit card statements are sent.
3. Once completed, click on Submit Registration button to
proceed with the order processing. Your account details will
be automatically displayed on the Credit Card details entry
page.
4.
Enter your credit card information exactly as it appears on the
card,
and
the expiration
date.
5.
Click on the "Continue" button and your order
details will be displayed for final confirmation.
Step 3: Confirm Order
1. Review your order details.
2. Click on the "Confirm Order" button to proceed.
Your Receipt Page
1. Print your receipt.
You'll also receive an e-mail with the same information
confirming your order.

For Downloads:
Click on the "Download Now!" buttons located
next to each product.
If you did not manage to download your software immediately,
you can logon to E-Book Systems Customer Service web page (details are
given in your confirmation email) to continue downloading. If you exceeded
the number of times of downloading allowed, you will need to contact us
at support@ebooksys.com
Product Registration Page
1. If you download a product, it is automatically registered.
2. If you purchase a box product, you need to register
your product when you receive it.
3. Registering your E-Book Systems products gives you access
to expert technical support, free newsletter, picture dispatch, new product
announcements, special offers, and early notification of product updates.
Product Return Policy
We have a 30 day return
policy for purchases made directly with us. Please note that a 20% restocking
fee will apply for hardware product returns. For box returns, all shipping
costs will be borne by the customer. To return your purchase, please send
an email with your Order Number and Product ID to support@ebooksys.com,
and we will follow-up from there. For purchases made through the various
retailers, the return policy of the respective retailer from which the
purchase was made will apply.
Note
Please note that references to buying or purchasing mean
the purchasing of software licenses. E-Book Systems licenses
its software products. It does not sell ownership of these products.

* Note 1: Please note that we DO NOT ship to PO boxes, APO
and AFP addresses.
Note 2: The software in all boxes is in the CD-ROM format and requires
only a CD-ROM drive for installation.
